Thomas Farm Rezoning Approved!

JR Real Estate Group is proud to share that the Prince William County Board of Supervisors has officially approved our rezoning proposal for Thomas Farm at Bristow Station with a majority vote. This approval represents an exciting step forward in our efforts to create vibrant, inclusive communities with diverse housing options for future residents.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the Planning Commission, County Planning Department staff, and our valued partners at Walsh, Colucci, Lubeley & Walsh, IMEG, Gorove Slade, and Geotechnical Solutions, Inc for their dedication and guidance throughout this process.
