Hoadly Square Rezoning Approved

JR Real Estate Group is pleased to announce that on December 16th, 2025, the Prince William County Board of Supervisors approved our rezoning application for Hoadly Square with a supermajority vote.

Hoadly Square is planned for development on 57.7 acres along Hoadly Road in Woodbridge, Virginia, and will introduce a thoughtfully designed residential community with 279 units. We are especially proud of the transportation improvements along the corridor, including redesigned internal streets, sidewalks, trails, and interparcel connections that enhance walkability. Upgrades to the Dar Al Noor and Hoadly Road entrance, including a traffic signal and extended turn lanes, help route vehicles efficiently off the roadway during worship and improve overall traffic flow. These improvements, combined with the community’s amenities and design, create a comfortable and welcoming environment.
