JR Real Estate Group is proud to announce the successful closing of Thomas Farm at Bristow Station, a milestone project in partnership with Hines, who came on board as a thoughtful and energetic partner eager to bring momentum to the project.

Thomas Farm, a 320-unit community, will feature a walking trail encircling the entire development, alongside a central amenity area with basketball and tennis courts, a clubhouse, pools, a pavilion, and a Thomas Family Memorial honoring the land’s legacy.

A heartfelt thank you to the Prince William County Board of Supervisors, Planning Commission, County Planning Department staff, and our valued partners at IMEG, formerly christopher consultants, Walsh, Colucci, Lubeley & Walsh, GOROVE SLADE, Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc. (WSSI), a Davey Tree Company, and Geotechnical Solutions, Inc., for their support and expertise throughout the entitlement phase.
