Cabin Branch at Quantico Creek PC Approval

JR Real Estate Group is pleased to announce that on December 10, 2025, the Prince William County Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of our rezoning proposal for Cabin Branch at Quantico Creek, following an expedited review process.

Cabin Branch is being developed with our developer partner, Buchanan Partners, and will revitalize 31.5 acres in Dumfries, Virginia, introducing the county’s first build-to-rent townhome community. Future residents will enjoy walking trails, parks, a multi-use court, playgrounds, and a dog park. With planned connections to Fettler Park Drive and a strong focus on inclusivity, Cabin Branch will offer housing options alongside vibrant recreational spaces.
