Saifaldin (Saif) Rahman

Saif brings over 20 years of experience in community planning and public service. With a background that includes advising Fortune 500 companies and their CEOs, he offers a deep well of business acumen and public sector insight to JR Real Estate Group. At JR, Saif oversees development projects, land acquisition, and entitlement processes for mixed-use, residential, and commercial properties across multiple counties in Northern Virginia.

He currently serves as the 2025 President of the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association (NVBIA) and sits on the Advisory Board for the George Mason Center for Real Estate Entrepreneurship.

Mohamed Swilam

Mohamed has over 25 years of land development experience in the U.S. and the Middle East. Mohamed started in real estate marketing and brokerage services shortly after graduating from college. He subsequently invested and developed raw land in difficult regulatory environments, providing valuable knowledge and experience to work through complex development projects. Mohamed developed hundreds of acres in mixed-use and commercial developments with a gross return of more than $300 million. He manages JR Real Estate’s financial strategies and growth projections.

Adam Nelson

With a focus on developing single-family, townhome, and condominium communities, including resort and active adult, Adam brings over 20 years of experience In Acquisition and Development. Adam is responsible for acquiring new projects and the out sales of our existing ones. Adam is also responsible for overseeing the entitlement process and ensuring we receive project approvals promptly.

Before joining JR Real Estate Group, Adam was the Director of Land Development for a firm in DC. He was previously the Division Real Estate Manager and Project Manager for a large national builder in the DC Metro area. Adam earned a BS in Finance and Economics from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Reese Jones

Reese holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Virginia Tech, with a focus on environmental policy and sustainable land use planning. He has gained hands-on experience through internships in both residential brokerage and commercial property management. Reese brings a strong understanding of the development process and supports the team in acquisition and entitlement efforts.

Moustafa Qaddora

Moustafa has over 10 years of experience in land development, holds a Professional Engineer (PE) license in VA, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from George Mason University. Moustafa assists with acquisition and entitlement and brings knowledge of the land development engineering process.

Emma Prosser

Emma holds a B.S. in Real Estate with a minor in Property Management from Virginia Tech. She brings hands-on experience in property management, market analysis, and development strategy.

During her property management internship, she supported operations across leasing, marketing, and resident services. While at Virginia Tech, she gained experience in redevelopment feasibility research, conducting due diligence and market studies to inform strategic land use decisions.

Austin Bailey

Hailing from London, Austin has over 35 years of experience in all aspects of the real estate business, including 20 years as a senior partner of the Enterprise Group. During his career, he has managed many commercial, residential, property management, and business acquisition assignments. A champion of collaborative & efficient working practices, Austin now oversees operations and compliance for the JR Group.

Marissa Ki

Marissa has five years of experience in multi-family property management, bringing a versatile skill set and an adaptable approach to her current role at JR Real Estate Group. She supports daily administrative tasks and marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and enhance the team’s success.
