Cabin Branch Rezoning Approved

JR Real Estate Group is delighted to share that the Prince William County Board of Supervisors has unanimously approved the rezoning for Cabin Branch at Quantico Creek, following an expedited review and prior Planning Commission recommendation.

Developed in partnership with Buchanan Partners, the project will redevelop 31.5 acres in Dumfries, Virginia, introducing the county’s first build-to-rent townhome community. Cabin Branch will feature trails, parks, recreational amenities, and new connections to Fettler Park Drive, offering housing options designed to serve a wide range of age groups and income levels.
