King’s Grove Recommended for Approval

We are excited to share that on September 24, 2025, the Prince William County Planning Commission voted by supermajority to recommend approval of our rezoning proposal for King’s Grove, following an expedited review.

This approval marks an important milestone in our ongoing commitment to creating diverse and inclusive housing opportunities for future residents of Prince William County. We are grateful to the Planning Commission members, the Planning Department staff, and our dedicated consultant partners IMEG, Galloway & Company, TNT Environmental, and Walsh, Colucci, Lubeley & Walsh for their expertise and support. We also extend our sincere appreciation to the local community for their collaboration and valuable input throughout this process.

King’s Grove will transform 15.5 acres in Woodbridge, Virginia, into a thoughtfully designed community featuring 239 new homes. Future residents will enjoy a wide range of amenities, including multi-use courts, trails, a clubhouse, playground, pavilion, and a dog park.
