In a significant milestone for JR Group, the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors unanimously voted in favor of the proposed comprehensive plan amendment for the Towns at Villa Park on July 25th, 2023. The decision came during a  public hearing at the Fairfax County government center.

Throughout the planning process, JR Group proactively engaged with neighboring communities, diligently listening to their input and understanding their feedback. By incorporating this valuable feedback, the proposed residential community was tailored to serve and benefit the entire community.

JR Group also worked closely with the county officials and staff. The input provided by county officials played a pivotal role in shaping the proposal, resulting in a proposed plan that aligns with the county’s vision for Franconia District in Fairfax County.
