Unanimous Approval: Prince William County Planning Commission Approves Bristow Crossing and Bristow Corner Rezoning Projects
We are thrilled to announce that our rezoning proposal for Bristow Crossing and Bristow Corner, new residential communities, have been unanimously approved by the Prince William County Planning Commission. This milestone marks a significant step forward in our efforts to enhance our communities and provide quality and multiple housing options for future residents.
We extend our appreciation to all Planning Commission members, County Planning Department staff, and our esteemed partners, Compton and Dulling, IMEG, Gorove Slade, and TNT Environmental and all other team members for their invaluable contributions and support throughout the rezoning process.
We also want to express our gratitude for the open dialogue and collaboration with local communities, which have been instrumental in shaping this development to meet the highest standards and serve the needs of future residents.
Bristow Crossing and Bristow Corner are premier residential communities nestled along Nokesville Rd and Vint Hill, conveniently close to Manassas Airport and major shopping centers. Bristow Crossing, with partnership with The Rector Company, spans 28 acres of residential development.
