JR Real Estate Group acquired and successfully entitled 14.2 acres of property in Manassas, Virginia, adjacent to major shopping Westgate Plaza Giant Food and minutes from Costco. Lomond Village is a future mixed-use development of 84 townhouses, 73 multifamily (2o2) units, and 1.6 acres of commercial space. JR Group rezoned the property from General Business to mixed-use.

The project will be developed and delivered by NVR Homes ($10.5 billion in revenue in 2022). Construction is expected to start in mid-2023.
