JR Real Estate Group had successfully completed a residential development of 3 buildable site plan approved lots. The location of the three (0.3,0.3, and 0.6 acre) properties is fantastic: within a mile distance from the historic downtown Town of Vienna and miles to Tyson Corner. JR Group assembled two lots and subdivided into three lots. After receiving the approval, JR Group partnered with Evergreene Homes to build 3 custom homes.
