JR Real Estate Group sponsor NVBIA Prince William County Chapter for a lively and informative breakfast meeting at Old Hickory Golf Club.

On Wednesday, August 24, NVBIA’s Prince William Chapter featured Eric Maribojoc, Executive Director of the Center for Real Estate Entrepreneurship – where JR Managing Partner Saif Rahman sits on the board –  School of Business at George Mason University as well as Ben Sage of Ben Sage Analytics discussing challenges and opportunities in the current and upcoming real estate markets for Prince William County and beyond, from land development issues to the state of the market in northern Virginia and Prince William County.

The event also featured open Q&A with the different representative of real estate industry including national home builders, land use attorneys, site development, and local representatives of Prince William County, including Supervisors Kenny Body and Margaret Franklin.
