JR Real Estate Group sold Lomond Village Subdivision to NVR, Inc. Lomond Village is mixed-use community of 157 Residential Unites on 14.2 Acres property behind West Gate Plaza in Manassas. JR Group acquired the property and worked closely with Prince William County officials at County Supervisors, Planning and Zoning Departments, and the local communities to entitle vacant parcel of land to a future mixed use community. JR Real Estate Group ensured to support local schools through great contribution in the proffers. Lomond Village will contribute to the future plan of Prince William County on Sudley Rd corridor.

JR Real Estate Group is currently working on entitlement of more than 300 acres in Prince William County and 250 acres in Spotsylvania County.
